Sameer Al Hamidi
Chairman - Independent/ non-executive Member
Mr. Al Hamidi held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive) for Saudi Company for Hardware (SACO), Saudi listed company specializing in retail & wholesale of home improvement products, from 2022 to 2023. He was also previously the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the same company.
Mr Al Hamidi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1980 from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, United States of America.
Mr. Al Hamidi is a member of the boards of directors of several companies, including companies listed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Loïc Voide
Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors - non-executive Member
Based in Zurich, Loïc Voide represents Deutsche Bank as the Chief Country Officer (CCO) for Switzerland and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA.
He joined Deutsche Bank’s Wealth Management division in 2015 in Switzerland to cover the Turkish market and was subsequently appointed Head of Wealth Management Russia and Eastern Europe. In December 2018, he was appointed Head of Wealth Management MEA as well as Head of Deutsche Bank Geneva. In this capacity he was a member of DB Switzerland Executive Board. In 2020, in addition to his role as Head of Private Bank for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), he took over the position of Co-CEO MEA based in Dubai.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Voide held several senior management positions at UBS and Credit Suisse covering the Middle East and Turkey. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director for the Family Office of a senior member of a Gulf Royal family.
A Swiss national, Loïc Voide has over 30 years of experience since beginning his career as a bank apprentice with the Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS) in 1990.
Jamal Al Kishi
Board Member and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia
Based in Riyadh, Jamal Al Kishi rejoined Deutsche Bank after a four-year stint as CEO of Gulf International Bank BSC. Prior to that he occupied several positions within Deutsche Bank, including CEO MEA, and CEO of Deutsche Securities Saudi Arabia.
Jamal’s banking experience comprises roles in Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Structured and Project Finance, Corporate Banking and Asset Management.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Banking and an Engineering Degree and has attended several specialized training programs.
Hauke Burkhardt
Non-executive Member
Based in Frankfurt, Hauke Burkhardt is leading the global corporate lending business of the Corporate Bank since October 2019. At the same time he is member of the supervisory board of Postbank Firmenkunden AG (Germany) and member of the Corporate Bank Germany Exco as well as the Global Trade Finance & Lending Leadership Team.
Hauke Burkhardt joined Deutsche Bank in 2007 and held leadership positions in various Trade Finance and Lending areas.
Mr. Burkhardt holds a Diploma degree from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany.
Riaan Visser
Non-Executive Member
Based in Dubai, Riaan Visser represents Deutsche Bank as Regional COO and CFO for Middle East and Africa. He also has Country Chief Operating Officer responsibilities for the UAE and Qatar.
Riaan Visser joined Deutsche Bank in 2010 as CFO in South Africa and is a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) since 1998.
Mr. Visser holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accountancy from Rand Afrikaans University and an Hons degree in accountancy (including a certificate in the theory of accounting (CTA)) from the University of South Africa.
Maha Mohammed Alsudiri
Independent/ non-executive Member
Ms. Maha has a proven leadership experience of Corporate Governance, Compliance Risk and Risk Management spanning over 13 years across mid-large size international market leading banks within Saudi Arabia. Managed the Risk Management Function within The Saudi British Bank, covering a portfolio of over 300 employees.
Ms. Maha holds MSc in International Finance from Kingston University, UK.
